There was an article recently that said doctors recommend 21 orgasms a month for good health; so you might find the odd ham shank indispensable for maintaining fitness ...

... certainly better than an apple a day.
Healthiest man alive am Fez <ok>

Edit: I quickly noticed what an erroneous post that was.

Anyone would be the healthiest man alive, because if not they'd be dead.

Which is pretty unhealthy.

Could someone ask Slutz if these Russian folk girls are really using leg power alone for this -if yes, they are absolutely amazing.

So all these products to kill bacteria.. but what happens to the remains of the bacteria? It's not like they just vanish

A lot of people get very ill due to dead bacteria

This may have been posted before but it seems an Granddad from Brid is through to the final table of the Poker World Series.

He usual plays a £10 tournament in Hull apparently but is now guaranteed at least $1m and is in with a chance of the $8m top prize!

British professional poker player Paul Jackson, a WSOP veteran who was in Las Vegas for some of the earlier tournaments, said: "It's so rare and difficult for someone of his limited ability to do so well.

"To get through such a large field... it's a freak occurrence that's unlikely ever to be repeated."

He added: "He seems like a really nice bloke; a good winner and a good loser. It lets people know you don't have to act like a sulky teenager like some of the players do.

"I think it's absolutely fantastic. It's great for poker.

"I hope he goes on to win it."

Only paid $10,000 to enter. Can't understand why more people don't do it?

Must be something in the local water after David "Devilfish" Ulliott, who was from Ferriby.

He went's out in 4th place and won himself $2.6m so not a bad return on his investment. According to that article there are over 7,000 entrants playing live in Vegas for the event. That's some knock out competition!

EDIT: 7,221 players paying $10K to enter that's $72,221,000 they've taken in entrance fees alone before you even think about TV money and sponsorship!
