Which bit were you questioning? Your question is a bit loose.

I haven't paid much attention to climate change hysteria, but I thought it was reasonably well documented in an irrefutable way that global temperatures are increasing.

Whether the expected repercussions of this come to fruition or we mitigate the consequences are yet to be seen.

It'd be more worrying if the planet wasn't warming, as we're technically still in an ice age.

Would it? Given we have been in an "ice age" for the last 10k years, i.e. all the way through the majority of the changes that made modern civilisation worldwide, moving from one state to another potentially causes us "difficulties".

What would be the consequences of the earth not warming?

As I said, I don't really know much about this whole subject.
