With Castro mentioning just hopping on a bus I see some jobs worth East Yorkshire bus driver made the national news for not letting a young girl get on the last bus home from Beverley bus station. He had already closed the doors and moved a few feet from the marked parking bay, the police who were already in the station dealing with rowdy behaviour failed to persuade the driver to let her on so drove the girl home to Dunswell.

Read that too. Trouble is if he gets the sack for violating some half-arsed H&S rule invented by another jobsworth in an office what's he supposed to do? The whole world's ****ed if you ask me.

just followed a link to an article and video called "The top 5 best Hull City strikers of all-time – Do you agree?"

chance are that i won't agree. the following heavily redacted paragraph greeted me on arrival

"XXXXXX's XXXXXXX XXXXXX caught up with Hull fan XXXXX XXXXXXXX of the XXXXXX XXXX XXXXXX podcast to discuss and debate the Sky Blues’ top five best strikers of all-time."

the sky blues?

turns out one contributor is only willing to cite players he's seen, so that means 2003 onwards.

so not exactly "all time".
