Scary. The sort of stuff that keeps you awake at night, wondering ... The good news is though, for all of us who suffer from insomnia. Only 3 more sleeps until Christmas. Yay.
Nope, they were walking towards me and as I have already mentioned I was concentrating on the traffic to notice them until they were opposite me on the pavement. Traffic was behind me and parked cars prevented me from just pulling into the side, so by the time I could pull up, safely, they were well up the road.
I got chatting with a girl in a bar last night, "Can I buy you a drink?" I asked. "Don't you have a girlfriend?" she replied, "Guys like you always have girlfriends. ""No, sadly we broke up just over a month ago," I assured her. "Oh I'm sorry to hear that," she said, "Go on then, I'll have a Cider please. A few drinks later after a kiss and a cuddle we headed off back to her place and made passionate love. While I was putting my clothes back on she said, "So, you're good looking, a nice guy and amazing in bed, can I ask why on earth you split with your girlfriend?" I said, "My wife found out."
My Missus crashed her car into some guy this afternoon. She told the police the guy had been on his mobile and drinking beer from a can at the time. The police said he was perfectly entitled to do whatever he wanted in his own living room.
