True story.
Ex boss of mine was a bit of a taskmaster. Went to London with her husband. He complained he was not feeling well on the first day. Told him to stop moaning and a long walk round London plus a swim in the pool following by a full English was the answer. When he got home he was admitted with a heart attack 3 days previous.
