Police confirm Duane Davis charged with Shakur's murder
Police begin by confirming that Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been charged with the murder of Tupac Shakur.

"27 years Tupac Shakur has waited for justice," the lead police officer says.

It's been so long, he adds, that a former detective in charge of the case has since retired.

I read one account that suggests it was a protest against being evicted from the house he lives in.

Apparently it was rented in his fathers name, with no continuation of tenancy, which meant he should have moved out when his father died. The landlords have been trying to get him out for almost 20 years. Seemingly it has a campsite on it with no planning approval, but as it has been there more than 10 years, none is needed now.

A most unfortunate turn of phrase among the disgruntled, grudges, was the "someone with an axe to grind". Guess that is why they used a chainsaw rather than a blunt axe?

Ticket prices for Glastonbury Festival next year will rise to £360.

It is a £20 increase from this year's event, which cost £335 plus a £5 booking fee - and a £75 hike from the price in 2022.

Fans will be able to buy ticket and coach travel packages on 2 November, and standard tickets on 5 November.
    ...............
£360 to queue up to **** in a portaloo? I think I'll pass!
