That's a big word. Did you attend Eton?A very good, old friend of mine was on The Mall yesterday having camped overnight etc. He's a bit alternative-looking but a really solid lad. He and the girl next to him got pulled out by the Rozzers on suspicion of being protestors about to cause problems. He told me that producing his Home Office ID/security pass and then politely defenestrating the coppers was quite enjoyable!
When the police decide to let their egos use their powers illegally. YouTube has lots of examples of this, months down the line plod cough up hundreds/thousands of pounds in compensation. Section 1 of PACE, section 50 of the police reform act, section 43 of the terrorist act, all of them regularly abused by the police. When does a protest become a public order offence?

A police officer once told me that one of their biggest bugbears is a member of the public that knows their rights.
Thanks Mr Teasy-WeasyIt's worth realising that contrary to their oft claims, the Police are not the law, they're simply upholders of it and to do that, they get a lot less training than a hairdresser does.
You know what your trouble is, BT? You think too much, you need to be watching more ''I'm a Celebrity'' and ''Love Island'' and other mind numbing ****e instead of thinking outside the box!
One of South Hunsley's finest. That's a big word. Did you attend Eton?
What I have been watching for the past week is, the weather. Hoping to get away on the bike for a long weekend but the weather people kept telling me it was going to rain. As I sit here looking out the window at the evening sunshine all I can think is bastards !!!!!!
I'm ten days back from three nights in Northumberland - it was bone dry but the NE'ly wind was fairly sharp, we still had some great rides out wrapped up in the appropriate gear. First time ever we ditched the B&B and rented a little house for three nights, spotlessly clean and a room each for the three of us - the bonus being at the end of our drive was the best pub in Berwick On Tweed, The Pilot Inn; a proper pub with friendly locals, no jukebox, pool table, dart board or telly - just locals chatting and properly kept beer at £3.80 a pint. If you're ever looking in the N'land/Borders area you should check out Stow House in Berwick On Tweed, I can't recommend it and the roads around it enough.
Linky thing

Nice.
I'd recommend a stroll into town to visit The Curfew micropub on your next visit.
Just watching the US F1 GP, only in America! Oh, and frig knows where Martin Brundle got his shirt from.
The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.

His packing up will never ever include humble pie, the Belgian ****.He's probably trying to fit in with the American desire to take tackiness to whole new levels.
Max Verstappen seemed to be wearing his packing up in his vest pockets.![]()
She was talking, but her lips weren't moving that's for sure. Here we go again.
This time Stella preaching, on behalf of Charlie, about the environment & sustainability .... whilst an audience of thousands have once again been given single use lighting wrist bands. Idiots. Join the f'in dots up you muppets. Are they really that thick?
He shouldn't have touched the camera, and had no right to stop him filming never mind arresting him.
