I never had a hello thread and I deserve one so here it is. Hello everyone. I was a new poster on here once and not one of you said hello and welcome except for dear old beddy. I won't bother to introduce myself as most of you already know me. Suffice it to say I like this site and the friendly people are in the main quite level headed, sensible and knowledgeble. Right. Now I would like all those welcome matey responses that I never had.

Agreed. That is exactly what I did. This thread was started as a dreadful attempt at sarcasm/irony, I'm not sure which. Who needs a fanfare on joining this board? Just come on in quietly and say something insightful. amusing or clever or even all three and we will all love you for it.

Actually I was given a bit of a fanfare from Jasper but have yet to live up to it. I shall try harder to post insightful, amusing and clever posts. We all want to be loved. Especially today. I once sent myself a Valentine card in case no-one else did. I was still at school (just in case you think I'm really sad). Today I just bought myself flowers.
