I’d always rather Man City win than either of the other two

Terrible scenes there. Dozens of smoke canisters set off, pitch invasions… Hope we never see that sort of thing at the MKM. Points deductions, ground closures surely…?

Not during the match. And 1 smoke canister causes a meltdown amongst the SAG,police and some of our fans.

Pleased to see Villa breaking into the top 4. Great manager. Good club to have dealings with.

I was surprised to come across loads of glory hunting man city supporters this weekend. People celebrating Liverpool and arsenals downfall and cheering "my team man city" so what makes them your team then? Well it's er like er I've always supported them. Like **** you have.

Man City have never really irked me the way other big English teams have. I’m just ambivalent towards them. I guess it’s because they weren’t really a threat when I was growing up so I never had the misfortune of coming across Hull-born Man City plastics a lot. There were a lot of ‘FC and Man Utd/Liverpool/Leeds fans’ at my school though and they’d always take the piss out of City.

I don’t mind Man City, regardless of the 115 charges, because their success and existence riles up Liverpool and Man Utd fans and I find it funny.

Yeah, for me the breath of fresh air that they once represented is turning a bit stale.

I have no love for Liverpool or Arsenal either so it’s not like I’m particularly put out by them (probably) winning the league ahead of any of the other likely contenders.

But in a relatively short time they’ve gone from a ‘real club’ to another with legions of plastic fans. Which is a natural byproduct of success we can only dream of for now I guess so I don’t begrudge them that.

Some of their football is sumptuous too. But then if you’ve got the best players and the best manager by allegedly massively cheating on the rules meant to stop you doing that and go unpunished for it then why wouldn’t it be?

As I said I don’t want any of the possible alternatives to win it either. So for me it’s a plague on all their houses I’m afraid.

Leverkusen is more or less joined into Cologne so there a very big area to draw from it's not just an isolated 170,000 population

Any reason you think Cologne fans would opt for Leverkusen? Salford has a very big area to draw on So does Wigan.

Any reason you think they wouldn't given that most of the big clubs here have a hell of a lot of fans from all over ?

Bayer have a 30,000 stadium.Cologne a 50,000 one. Which is the bigger club? Fans in Germany aren’t plastics like here they tend to support their local club. Which is why average attendance of clubs in Germany is the largest there is,
