It went to an Independent Commission, who quite rightly found the punishment excessive. If the establishment were bothered about keeping them in the league, they wouldn’t have got the ten point deduction in the first place.
Without being facetious do you know enough about the law to decide the level of punishment warranted ? Personally I think they’ve been leaned on since , probably weren’t even interested in the first hearing as they would not know the outcome Mind you even if you are correct it’s still a shame it’s been reduced LOL
I don’t need to know the law, I just read what the people who do said about the legal errors made. They’re far from in the clear, they’ve got another case for breaching FFP rules on April 8th and may get another points deduction. Forest may well get a points deduction at the same time, they’re also up for a FFP breach at the same time.
