I was thinking more from a football point of view as in the longevity at clubs, the ability to re-build teams as they age, the way they each used the resource they had available to to maximum potential, similar management styles and football systems etc etc. However well done for noticing the two similarities you mentioned, give yourself a pat on the head.

You do know that Everton would be 7th in an all time league and yet Moyes averaged 8th with them. So he hasn't even been the average of previous Everton managers. If you think being at a club for a decade and winning nothing makes you a good manager then I truly hope that is what you get
