No Bob as i said we need someone who can organise our rabble they are willing they just need a brain!Does Snodin have this task I have know him and his btother a long time they are good lads but perhaps he needs guidance as well get George Graham part time he will soon have them up to speed as I think I can safely say if we can get them organised we can get into the playoffs at least
First half we kept possession well, didn't panic and played passes. But then every time we have possession, Bromby, Lees or O'Dea get the ball and hoof it. Why? We have 2 very composed, calm players, comfortable on the ball in Howson and Clayton - they never panic in possession and can keep hold of the ball. Snoddy, White, Pugh, Keogh and McCormack are all passing footballers. Yet our defenders always hoof it and lose possession. Especially second half, under pressure and we kept giving the ball straight back to them. People complain our midfield often get overrun. That's partly because the defenders never pass it to them.
Wish people would lay off Ridsdale, especially the goldfish thing. They rented an aquarium for the board room, its not that unusual, I know companies that do that in Southampton. Ridsdale made mistakes, and he has held his hansd up, but every decision he made was backed up by the board. He was a true Leeds fan, that lived the dream, suggest people read his book 'United we fall'; IF YOU READ IT, THE FINGER OF SUSPICIAN WILL CLEARLY GET POINTED ELSEWHERE.
