While I have great respect for Phil Buckingham's Hull City reports and analysis, after reading the article about Appleyard's methodology and apparent persistent failures to both warn about the blatant weaknesses in McCann's tactics, formations, and bizarre substitutions game after game, in addition to his inability to provide workable ideas to offset our oppositions game plans, in particular our persistent inability to beat teams below us in the Championship, I am absolutely staggered that McCann and his coaching staff continue to rely on him for advice.
Why is this man and his cohorts still employed by Hull City given his abysmal record ????. It says little for McCann's intelligence that he has retained him on his staff !!!
