I just saw that on the BBC. What were the NHS meant to do? Tie his hands down so he can't shovel pies down his gullet?

Some ****s are ****ing ridiculous, apparently he weighed 444Kg at one point. That's 5 and a half times as much as I weigh and I'm not happy with my weight!!!!!!!!
