Nonsense. Get yerself a big black mama. Only bring in what they charge though, I caught one with her hand in my back pocket when she was blowing me off. Asked her what the **** she was doing and she caused this big scene and I had to do one fast. 50 Euro down the tubes.
 
go to the pub called the grasshopper. bit pricey but definitely worth seeing. its right near the central train station.

anne franks house is sh1t really. kinda amusing in a stupid way. if you get the tour they'll tell you that she hid in a annex of the building they hid by putting a warddrobe infront of it. which is nuts as the annex is about the size of the club shop. how on earth they didnt find her i dont know. could be that they just werent bothered looking for her.....

van gogh museum is ok though
 
Yeah the Grasshopper is good. Also theres loads of pubs/cafes called the bulldog which are usually good. Theres a cafe called lost in Amsterdam which was probably my favourite <ok>

The best weed is on the shops I found- so rather than buy them there, find one of those tourist esque ships and they sell all different kind of strengths.

There was also a huge "florist" - but all I remember of it was it was by a bridge. And you'll find there is loads of them.

The casino by the hard rock is good for a night out. You'll often be able to find good deals around it with people handing out leaflets also. Ann franks was poop, but I didn't do it stoned., which I'm told is the correct way to view it.
