An off-duty FBI agent accidentally shot a bystander in the leg when his gun fell from its holster as he cavorted on the dance-floor of a bar in Denver, Colorado, police said.

Video widely shared on Twitter shows the agent strutting his stuff and then performing a backflip.

The gun falls to the floor and, as the agent goes to grab it, fires a shot.

The fellow customer hit by the bullet was taken to hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

It is unclear if the agent, who has not been named, will face charges or disciplinary action.

An American schoolteacher has been charged after allegedly feeding a sick puppy to a snapping turtle in front of his students.

Robert Crosland, who teaches in Preston, Idaho, was charged with misdemeanour animal cruelty.

After the incident in March the turtle was "humanely euthanized" as it is considered an invasive species.

Mr Crosland could be jailed for up to six months and fined up to $5,000 (£3,700) if convicted.

 

That second bloke should have his testicles removed by a snapping turtle.

How is that even a question ? Crazy attitudes to guns in the US. Obviously an FBI agent will be carrying one, but to have it loaded and tucked into your trousers, and then be doing back flips and fire off a round ?! madness

 

Sick puppy indeed. I’m surprised one of those American schoolchildren didn’t take out their firearm and shoot that teacher.

 

Then he just walks off without checking everyone was ok.

He won't get charged. He could have pulled his gun out then found the closest black guy and shot him in the face point blank and he wouldn't get charged.

There are so many ways he could have avoided this
a) By not taking the gun
But if he was going to take the gun.....
b) have it holstered properly
c) Make sure the safety is on
d) Make sure there isnt a round in the chamber

The calamitous amounts of negligent **** ups that would be required to make this incident a possibility, ALL happened, thanks to this guys retardation.
He has to be disciplined surely.
at the very least the guy who was shot needs to be suing him.
