Nufc fans reporting he's out for 4-6 weeks with a hamstring problem !
Not good at all !
oh well, thats our season over, looks like relagation for the mags this season
He runs about 5 cm's a game and he gets injured more than Guthrie and Smith ffs.
It's a good job were not playing Sunderland anytime soon we need his goals for that
Couldn't care less to be truthfully honest.
Shola, sorry should've mentioned that
Oh well, as long as it's not Sammy! Shola's ok, and we need him as back-up but there are bigger players in our squad.
Only problem with that is that Lovenkrands might now be 3rd choice :/ got to be hoping we play Ba/Best with Ben Arfa behind the striker
A few weeks ago everyone would have said "Get In"...........amazing what a couple of super-sub cameos can do for your reputation
Just had it on Sky Sports, I was about to cry expecting it to be Dreamboat. Anybody else jump in the air and fist pump after this news?
**** you SSN!
SSN were just acting as if it was a huge blow, had me worried it was Tiote or Cabaye, only to say Shola.
Surely a blow for teams we play, not us!
No doubt this will be the case rather than bringing on Lovens.
Looks like I wasn't the only one
I've got to say that I am not fussed in the slightest. He was brilliant against Tottenham and average against Wigan. We all know that Shola is the most frustrating player at NUFC. Every season he will have 2 or 3 games where he is unplayable and the rest of the season he is cack!
Not that big an issue I don't think. Hopefully HBA will start ahead of Best & Best on the bench. Loverkrands back onto the bench. Heard Pards talking to Ian Wright on the radio after the match and he was gutted to drop Lover off the bench.
edit: I typed Best & bench a lot.
Can't argue though that its a loss of a decent squad player who has been playing better
But Shola is huge?! Who is bigger than him in our squad?
