I use www.goal.in.th No viruses and you can find English commentaries if you need them but I find you get less bollocks when it's in thai.Use Mobdro, or if you have an old dodgy laptop or PC that you aint too bothered about if it gets Computer AIDS, there is a site called Premier League Lives, which streams EVERY game.
Its riddled with pop-ups, trojans and other **** tho.

I was talking particularly about coverage. 4G speeds are already plenty fast enough for most users to stream HD content and I think many more users will use mobile broadband at home as an alternative to fibre/copper.
