I really feel sorry for her, **** disease like that and having to front for the Saudi's at Newcastle United too - I bet she was the one that was drawing things out for so long!
i am probably miles off but as things look at present she is the one who has fought to keep the deal alive, she is the one doing all the talking, sure i read she was a director, as far as i am aware she has no previous footballing experience but she does seem to be the main spokesperson. some might suggest that 'owning a football club' might even be a pay off for one or more of the deals she has apparently brokered with the consortium showing funds, previously some have mentioned that the rueben brothers have little to no interest in football but own quite a bit of land around sid james, this is where the thought that sid james is now finished and a new stadium will be built once people in certain jobs are persuaded that this is a good idea for the city and the brothers will get sid james to complete a set (like monopoly but real)...i honestly hope it all works out for them, i don't like jealousy or hate as they are both negative and soul destroying emotions but if it falls flat on it's @rse i will also laugh and enjoy it. knowing the mags that i do, it will not take long before questions are asked as to the whereabouts of the 'wich awab men' and why a mere female is fronting the whole thing, others have already eluded to the fact that it is strangely similar (bar the big money backing) to toot and ploot buying sunderland.
What better way for the Saudi's to project their image through sports washing than having a woman as the face of the company...
Don't understand the animosity here. She is a Finacial Agent who earns her corn faccilitating deals where she is paid a commission. She has built up contacts throughout The Middle East, to some advantage. She kept plugging away at this deal after most would have thrown in the towel, and she has succedded and will be well rewarded for her efforts. Any other issues are not her concern. Just as Arms Manufactuers are allowed to sell weapons abroad without needing to consider their end use. That's a political or administrive decision. So was the approval for this deal. I suspect that the criticism of her might have been a lot less personal had she been male, rather than female. And I'm sure that, had she been trying to arrange it for the purchase of SAFC rather than NUFC, her praises would be being sung long and loud by most of our Fans. Meanwhile WE would have been having a laugh at the reaction of N/C's Fans. All this vitriol aimed at her is only giving NUFC's Fans even more reason to be happy at our expense. And if making them happy is what you need to do, just keep it up.
It's a bit of fun mate and I couldn't really give a shìt what the mags think. Not very much either by the clip of a lot of them Don't see what being a woman has to do with it either. She's fair game just like Bruce or Beardsley We'll still be laughing at them regardless Just like their LGBTQ community or MP Chi Onwurah the Wonga wronger championing the takeover by this regime highlights the hypocrisy of the fookin idiot's.
Do not agree at all , the deal is obscene, shameful, if these awful people had tried to buy us I would have been very, very unhappy
I agree with you, but she isn't the one that approved this purchase. The approval came from The Football Authorities. Their interpretation of their own rules baffles me, but I'm easily baffled these days. So the abuse aimed at her should in my view be shoveled elsewhere. And I'm as fond of banter as anyone, (and got into trouble because of it on occasions), but some of the childish gibberish I've read goes too far, IN MY OPINION. PS Please see my signature.
It's like that old Katy Perry song used to go like ..."Do you ever feel like a (melted) plastic bag?"
