Watching any major Spurs game for me is like S and M sex. Little pleasure only gained with maximum pain.
I rarely watch MOTD or Football Focus, mainly because the BBC attach more importance to what the pundits think above providing the viewer with a decent view on how the games have been played out. However, on the few occasions I have watched it, I have always thought Lee Dixon to be one of the better pundits. Sorry
I remember going to Highbury in the long past.Funny thing. That ground always made me feel sick.Never had a problem with other grounds!
i can't stand watching the pundit's like you i would like to see more of the games, when they are on i go and make a cuppa.
Dixon's alright when he's not discussing Spurs or City. Doesn't offer much in the way of insight, but most of them don't.
I think Dixon explains his art of defence very well. He was part of one of the meanest defences the PL has seen, so he knows his stuff. I like the way he points out position errors that we all miss during the speed of the game, a basic art that our defenders seem unable to grasp.
The thing about the old Arsenal back four is that it was a unit. The sum of which was far greater than the individual parts. I don't think I've ever seen a more organised or disciplined defensive unit.
