Hiding in the bushes
I was in the car with my youngest yesterday when the sports news mentioned that Burnley could get promoted depending on the Brighton result and if they got a win against the R's.

I then started a rant which in essence was an explanation to my boy that the QPR were bound to lose at Burnley as we always seem to be the team that needs to be beaten for someone else to either get promoted, win the league, avoid relegation etc. We have to be the most helpful team out there as we always like to assist the opposition with what ever points they need.

That along with upsetting many a betting man by ruining their accumulators on a Saturday afternoon!

There cannot poss be a better to play in such circumstances.
Looked away for free kick and 10 seconds later, goal. Ours in similar position finished up being goal kicks.
Contrast that with the passion showed by CFC and DUndee in their equally dead rubbers ( for them). Embarrassing. Plus everyone was bugging up Petrasso and I barely saw him do anything.
 
On the other hand, teams that play against us on the opening day in the top division have a good chance of being relegated!

Leicester, Southampton, Sheffield United, Ipswich, Bolton & Hull have all suffered that fate. Six teams from 22 seasons!

We had a three in three seasons record until Liverpool spoilt it for us & became undeserved champions!
