Didn't most of the United players do similar with Moyes? A title winning team who turned **** over night?

Not really no, he brought small club mentality to Manchester. We didn't have to sack him to avoid relegation.

Nothing to suggest Hazard will have that blip again. He obviously fell out with Jose because he didn't want to play as a second left back in Jose 631 system. You've got all this to come with Jose, believe me <laugh>

Nope, our club have an identity I'm afraid and we don't need managers to come and bring us some manufactured passion. There's already signs that Jose is adjusting to suit the United way.

History would suggest otherwise. You have about 1 - 2 years left with Jose until the inevitable meltdown....

Liverpool don't do history, they do 'Istoree........
'Istoree stopped in 1990, when it was replaced with history.

I know this question is for Matth, but I rate him, he's a clinical finisher and he's the best player they could have got.

He's not better than Costa though, not for this league imo.

I've not seen anywhere near enough of him to rate him or not, that's the issue for me.

He's not been a regular starter for RM or Juve, that's understandable given the class they have. That shouldn't be an issue at Chelsea.

    He'll do well.

I'd never heard of him when we were linked with him. I watch El Classico but I don't really take in the names of the fringe players. Don't watch Italian football at all.

He had a very impressive goals per minute ratio last season in La Liga, in the 'super sub' role. I think only Messi managed a better rate in the league. With Bale back to fitness I'd expect Morata would have gotten even less game time this season and with them eyeing up Mbappe his future there looked bleak.

For Spain he hasn't nailed that central striker position down either as Liverpool flop Iago Aspas and/or Costa have been more recently preferred in that role, perhaps due to lack of playing time for Morata.

It's obvious that he needs to be at a club where he's a guaranteed starter, to get his career really up and running.

Overall in an attacking sense, Morata in and Costa out is a backwards step imo.

almost anyone in and Costa out is a backwards step imo.
He was perfectly suited to our system and this league, when he could be arsed.
    Never mind.
You never know what Morata will be like though, if he gets games and in a new team....we shall see
