Pity but understandable..hope it gets through it ok. I'm dying to see Aluko and Jelavic out on the pitch together.
Let's hope he doesn't suffer any reactions, a fit and raring to go Aluko will bring the best out of Jelly and Long
Good stuff. Southampton next week from the bench would be a good place to start. I suspect saturday is going to be a rough house of a game.
Yeah, could be rough with a bit of a nasty atmosphere. I'd like Aluko on the bench at Sunderland, only as I'm going. Mind you tactically could be handy if any of their larkers get a yellow, would be nice to see Aluko running at them in the 2nd half.
Fairf shout and a sensible approach. In fact SB has already said that Aluko wont be rushed. But dont rule out a place on the subs bench for Aluko against the Saints either.
Hull City A.F.C. Sone Aluko has made a successful return to action in a behind-closed-doors friendly. Aluko played around an hour of the game against Notts County and came through unscathed. The game, which was played at North Ferriby, ended 0-0.
Great news! But off topic but is their any news on dudge at the moment, I'd be picking him if he was fit!
Mentioned in another thread I had a quick chat with him and Chez before the Spurs game, and he seemed in good spirits, but hard to tell with that sort of injury. Not sure when he starts training again.
No chance, he hasn't played for nearly a year and a half, he'll be utterly ****. Shame as he looked he'd make a handy player, but I reckon his illustrious ambitions are over. Far too long out for a young player.
Here we go again. I give him 5 minutes. Hopefully back in time for pre season. Have we not learnt our lesson?
This is nonsense, loads of younger players are out for ages and come back even stronger, in fact players of all ages if they are good enough and have a football brain. I don't know about Dudgeon but to say he couldn't do it is nonsense
He's going to be on the bench as a last resort. Bit soon to drop him into a match they are spouting off as a cup final. I am certain SB would prefer to keep him wrapped up. But if we are pushing late doors and need something....
I just visited Mr Shoes' profile, to find both Mr Hat and Mr Coat have visited recently-are they all related? Is this a new trend in names?
OLM has it wrong. Bruce just said he'll be part of the squad, not that he will definitely come on the pitch.
