I'm friends with the man who lands all those helicopters on Hymers and he tells me that his sister's best friend's son's pet rabbit's ex-owner, Tim Bob had said "Get the chopper ready, Aluko's off".

    Nahhhhh I'm just kidding ;)

Its only dummies like you who think we have a problem with court action from Scotland.

What a stupid boy you are. As for having the gaul to come on here and mention credibility then i suggest you look at yourself. Aluko was Free to do what he wanted. Even a dummy like you should know that. Dont bother to reply as you cannot come up with anything of interest...OK.!!!!

By the way, we have gone over this matter previously. Shame that your limited ability does not know this little matter of fact.!!!!

I am going to venture to say from ricardos posts that he is your version of a cpa or some sort of contract lawyer. From his posts in general he does talk like someone who has knowledge when it comes to matters such as this.

He has no knowledge of the Aluko situation. As to his day job who cares ? Aluko was free to go where he wanted to. This has been well debated by us all in the past.. NO REASON TO THINK ANYTHING HAS CHANGED.

Almost Correct. But yes Aluko was free to go and do what he wanted.

No. Rangers were in admin and were still paying his wages so his contract was being honoured (Brightwell, Marcelle etc with us were only free agents because we weren't paying their wages to them at the time). There was a clause in it to extend it by 2 years, whether or not that clause could be exercised by either the old Rangers in administration or the Newco following the transfer of contracts is up in the air because no court has yet made a decision on whether the transfer of contracts to the newco was legally binding for the players. FIFA has given temporary dispensation (hence international clearance taking ages) to join other clubs to the players who chose to leave, but should the courts eventually rule that it was legally binding the newco will be due compensation from the players for breach of contract, and that liability could be extended to the clubs that signed them due to inducing them to break their contracts (or written in their contracts that if the player becomes liable then the club will pay it for them). In the case of the players that did join the Newco the move is now binding so there's no registration issues. Through team mates leaving they were aware of the option to leave, and in Scotland even a verbal contract is binding (ie by playing they've accepted the terms even without a new contract having been produced and signed).

It may well end up that there's no liability, but to state it as fact at this point in time is incorrect because it is simply a belief that that will be the outcome, we could equally find that Newco Rangers have a valid 2 year contract on Aluko that needs to be settled with them. (He wouldn't be returned to Rangers, it would have to be compensated for financially)
