It at last reality that Rovers Board have once agian chosen the low cost option with their managerial appointment and in the players that he DC has been able to sign for the club. By sign I mean encourage to the club, his net work based on quality is non existent and come on Salisbury, 3 years ago they were playing Weston super Mare ! So DC starts from a very low threshold as far as success.

Like the great Paul Buckle knows the lingo talks the talk but cant deliver where it matters, that's through his players because thats whet this bunch are his players. Those that he wanted out have gone, those that he was satisfied had Rovers interests at heart are here and the rest he has brought in. His bloody team and currently its crap !
