    So it seems that long time servant, hero and legend has been shuffled out of the back door without so much as a goodbye.
    For someone who has given his all to the club, been a stand up professional and won it all with us I feel he is owed a bit more respect than what has happened.
    So far not even a post on social media to say thank you and goodbye!

    I stand corrected. I post was just released. Either way more should be made of his contribution to the team.

    It was all last minute kick bollock scramble being tied to Aubamayang moving to us.
    You are correct though Alonso has been great for us , honest ,hardworking, and scorer of many crucial and often brilliant goals.
    Good luck to him at the whirlpool that is Barca.

    Yeah, big fan of Alonso’s left foot and particularly his goals against Spurs. Transformed our season under Conte when he came on and we went to a back three. Will probably leave us being quite under appreciated.
