They pretty much sold out the away end, so over 2,000.

He normally just comes on his own

The lower order Yorkshire team pretty much filled their corner

    1800 at a wild guess

The alleged abuse occurred outside the Allam home so it'd make more sense if they decided to live at the ground.

Alleged is the right word, somebody could 'allege' too that this is just more bullshit from the old loony and an attempt to smear the fans. the ones who support Hull City and not the team he's re-named in his fantasies

Listening to Steve Bruce talking to Burnsie after the game I felt quite insulted. Bruce made a point of saying it was a minority of supporters giving Allam abuse at the game and at his home but it somehow seemed a slur on all supporters. I was against the name change and put stuff on here as did others. There was singing and chanting at the games but apart from near the end of the season when a couple of Allam out banners were held up I can't remember much abuse. If anyone was throwing stones at his house it was probably a bunch of kids and maybe not connected to football. I am very sceptical about this, its just the kind of thing Allam would make up because when he doesn't get his own way he always has to bite back at the supporters in some way.

Yes best to assume it's a lie rather than to believe that an anti name change supporter could also be a moron, or if it's not a lie then best to believe it's kids, and rather than bricks, better to assume it was some kind of foam object that was thrown.

As someone posted on twitter, seeing the length of the Allams drive at home, you would need an arm like Steve Backley to reach the house windows.

If there was any truth in this story old bill would be involved and it would have been in the local news before today. There was nothing anywhere about this until today a few hours before kick off ( if thats wrong i am happy to look at any links you can post ) It was said on Humberside that the Allams may not attend any games this season, do they know that this abuse brick throwing will be going on all season ( maybe its trainee journalists doing it to make a news story ) Now that the name change has been rejected again and the Allams have sort of suggested they will not re apply ( see posts on here about the Sun interview ) why would this happen now and not in the previous two years all this name change **** has been going on?
I smell bullshit, and see teddys thrown out of the pram.
The Allams petty, vindictive and childish.

Interestingly, some fans sat near me in E7 were saying how we need to "let it go" now with the CTID chants on the 19th minute. These same fans joined in with the chant last year but said we'd won and didn't need to continue it with the name change being dropped.

If it is true why do we have to feel sorry for the ****? He's brought it on himself.

If this was some gobby **** insulting and provoking a group of people on a night out and he got beat up everyone would say he deserved it.

But of course Allam is a rich gobby **** and when he insults and provokes large groups of people he does it from a distance and through the media, so it's OK and he shouldn't expect a backlash, and we should feel all sorry for him.

    That's a ****ing disgraceful post.
I have no idea how true it is but for you to say it's ok to throw stones at a 75 year old blokes house anyway. Give your ****ing head a shake.

Presumably you live by that logic, so would happily accept an attack on you for the abuse you've hurled his way?

He deserves it. He's gone out of his way to wind people up, insulting them and provoking them for two years straight now. Even in his most recent interview he labels thousands of people 'troublesome' for daring to disagree with him. He just can't help himself. He thinks he's immune and obviously so do you but he's just human like the the rest of us. Being rich doesn't mean you can behave how you want and expect sympathy when the backlash comes.

Assuming what happened is illegal, then no it isn't OK, but do I feel sorry for him? Will I pretend to think it's a really terrible thing? Will I ****, he fully deserves it. Just like you thought Alex Bruce's provoked attack on the Ferriby player was deserved and defended it.

I've criticised him for what he's done and the effect he's had on the relationship I have with my club. I didn't just wake up one day and decide to hate him and complain about him on a messageboard. He's in the wrong, I'm not.

Hull has produced one or two Olympic hammer throwers.

    Just saying like.
