Exactly how Assem Allam sees it. It's not his fault he didn't get the stadium because he didn't put in an actual offer and acted belligerently towards the Council, it's the fans fault. Laughable.
only 1 answer... you lot make me laugh.... BOYCOTT the ****ing games then, he is a business man, hit him in the pocket - that's where it hurts them. Not rocket science is it?
Shamed by a Crystal Palace supporter. How low have we fallen. http://www.newsshopper.co.uk/sport/palace/11521767._/
Prior to last week, I've very much sat on the fence with a disapproving glance in the direction of Allam while the more vocal of posters have churned out their inane repetetive arguments. I have now however, made the conscious realisation that I'd be a lot happier if it would all go away and let us enjoy the football, even if we were in League 2. I was a season ticket holder back then and I'd continue being a season ticket holder. If Allam continues like this for a year further then I most likely won't be a season ticket holder, and I don't like that thought.
100% agree. It stuns me that some people on here went ballistic, ranting and raving that their Premier Club pass or whatever it was had Hull Tigers written on it, but then still bought it anyway. Yeah you f**ing show him with your barbed comments on a messageboard....
I don't buy into the boycott of games. Why should I let a vindictive, lying and horrible man stop me doing something I've done for most of my life and enjoy doing? I don't to support the owner. I support Hull City and the players and manager who are carrying on our pride history.
I'm going to agree with Dr Allam on this one. Football fans do nothing but whinge and whine. I don't recall ANY vocal support of our owner since he bought the club. There was no vocal support when he wanted to buy the stadium, no vocal support when he brought in Steve Bruce, no support when his investments brought us an FA Cup final and European football, no support when he brought us some of the best players ever to wear the black and amber. His biggest mistake was to not realise what ****s football fans can be.
What the ****? Plenty have praised him countless times for everything he has done bar all this ****. That has been made clear so many times. What did he genuinely expect people to say on the name change which he felt should have no fan consultation?
If owners can be over rated, none are moreso than Allam. He's consistently been backed even by those who oppose his name change nonsense. The likes of me who can't stand him full stop seem to still be in a minority. He can literally do and say what he wants. When we got promoted the big screen said thank you Allam family or something along those lines and he gets as much credit for the promotion as Bruce does. That's not the case at other clubs.
