Monty,
Venison Hurley Watson Grey
Bingham Shackleton Bracewell Marangoni
Gyan Clough

subs Pickford Todd, Anderson Huthinson Rowell Baxter

left a few gooduns out as well[/QUOTE
Yeh them are fine but what about skp

Very very difficult , tried to reward loyalty but not at the expense of quality .
Montgomery

Irwin Todd Hurley Gray

Ball

Summerbee Baxter Johnston

Clough Phillips

4-1-3-2 formation
subs Sorensen Van aanholt Watson Schwartz Hutchinson Defoe Quinn

I just could not leave Cloughie or Gyan out, its impossible to put everyone in but SKP should have been on the bench, as a forward pair Quinn and Phillips were a dream team, the best I have seen in my days following the lads, but Gyan was the best individually imo, and Clough, well, was just Clough, if ever there was an unrepeatable one off its him, and could not be left out imo. and this thread is by nature purely subjective. Cheers <bubbly>.

With Summerbee, and Johnston, slinging crosses in from both wings, I'd have been tempted to put Quinny in my team as a forward.
If it was my team, of course ;)

I would haveput the big man in but some are in for different reasons. Sorenson, for the save at the land fill, Maikn because he is nails, Clark was stitched up for the t shirt and Defoe cos he is a legend for the goals and Bradley charity work he has done, Ord is a local lad, Phillips is Philips.

Special mentions go to Arca, Martin Smith (on the left), Mickey Gray, Kevin Ball, Steve Bould, John Mensah,P Bardsley and a few others.

That’s tonight, tomorrow I could easily change it to lads that were as good as these, except the two up front. I’d love Marco and SNQ there but those 2 were pure quality.

I could go on.
Clearly you are used to a very poor brand of football.
I never get the fascination with ball...very very ordinary player
