All three of the "Rich" Clubs will have new managers next year

Chelsea change their manager ever year, so their players are used to that. Mancini is ****, so City can only improve without him (unless they re-appoint Mark Hughes). United have the most reason to worry post Fergie, because Moyes is nowhere near as good as him. But we have to make 20 odd points on them, and they still have the resources to invest in a few more world class players.
