Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! This shows the worth of this cretin's opinions and his investigative ability - he is clearly someone whose great intelligence, incisiveness, expert knowledge, vast experience and in-depth research are ... all a fanciful dream in his own head - unfortunately for him, the rest of us would have to be asleep to believe anything he says.
I couldn't believe it was still going yesterday morning. I'll not lie, I'd like to have been the one to have delivered the finishing blow, but I am glad it came.
Well, you could always hammer a few more nails into his coffin ... just to make sure he doesn't rise again. Thank goodness Easter is nearly over - hopefully such crank saviours will disappear ... at least until the next religious festival!
even the Admiral wasn't needed to declare this bad boy a brutal ko; The scalp is yours Rogueleader. No matter how many times he got told the same information, when an insolvency expert backs it up, there is very little he can do about it....except man up and apologise.
Remember though Reb, above all else, The Big Hoose Must Stay Open... These pesky laws and precedents are no match for the mighty Glasgow Rangers

we are the most stupid forum on the internet. If I were a Hun, I'd be really angry at Baldrick for spreading **** like this. He could have done something helpful like hold up a red card or something. Up the RA
You know how the expert you are talking about? How comes he is saying that the football creditors need paid in full? If he was so versed in the rules, surely he would know that tha football creditor rule does not apply in Scotland. Since he does not know the difference in the rules in the two league structures, i am guessing he does not know that the insolvancy rules in scotland do not require the arangement of a CVA to head off liquidation before being granted the place back in the league. This would then lead him to believe that a new club would need to be created if rangers did not settle a CVA. In the english rules he was right, in the scottish rules he was wrong. Guy is obviously a smart man, but unfortunately he did not do his homework fully. If he goes away and thinks it through, he will come to the truth. Nice try though, ill give you that!
