If you find yourself watching some TV this afternoon then I'd recommend the All Ireland hurling final at 3.30 on SKY tv.
The pace, skill and courage required is truly amazing and all from amateur sportsmen.
Give it a look, I promise it won't disappoint.
 
Cracking game and it truly is incredibly skilful. Cheering on my old town of Waterford, some fond memories from 1977 when I spent six months there...
 
Shame.....3 points in it at the end but Galway have probably been the best team all year.

Listened on rte radio how the commentators could keep up with the pace of play i don't know, they must be as exhausted as the players.

58 years and counting for the deise....next year maybe. Waterford will be closed tomorrow!!!!!

Nothing in it until the last 15 minutes, great effort from Waterford but the better team won...
