Well a race ban is a tad harsh but these symbollic time penalties amounting to no positional loss and therefore no penalty is silly. A grid penalty would have been more appropriate, at least it gives Hamilton the chance to do something about it i.e. make up places
 
Hamilton's Monaco GP and all the associated discussions are getting a bit boring and repetitive now. I think we should move on and forget about it.
