I think we'll be ok this weekend, from our record this season, we're far more likely to crash to a dreadful defeat at home!
You're joking right? Barcelona's only real threat is Lionel Messi, so as long as Rhoys Wiggins stays fit we should easily be able to contain him. If we don't win the Champions League I feel the board should really consider whether CP is up to the job, their only option would be to bring in Steve Evans of Crawley or Steve McLaren.
Xavi and Iniesta, will be passed their best at that stage, where as Stephens and Hollands will be entering the peaks of their careers. I doubt that Barcelona will have experienced having to defend against Chris Solly's throw ins before. He takes the best in the league you know!
That's if Hollands wife doesn't surprise him with a few more triplets! I'm going to write to the club suggesting he has the snip, then will send him a crate of beer to say sorry.
A crate of beer wouldn't be enough of an apology! A crate of 'larger' on the other hand... I suggest we resign Darren Ambrose as cover for Hollands (incase the latter gets his missus up the duff again), afterall, no chance of Sharon getting a woman pregnant.
If we get Pardew back as director of football, that may end the marriage leaving us with a fully focused midfield dynamo
I've seen the future. In my dreams last night I checked the CAFC score for when we play Carlisle at home. I was in Hornimans park and we lost 5-4. Seeming David Connolly scored a brace for us though, please take it with a pinch of salt. Bet you would get some blinding odds on that if you took it to a bookies though!
Can'r we get Hollands to quickly marry his partner, and from then on (like Liam Fox) spend lots of time with his best man, sharing hotel rooms together etc, so that a) he isn't disturbed by the 3 babies b) she doesn't get pregnant again
Borrowdale will be back. Parky's consortium will take over in '13 and he will once again put his hands in his own pockets to re-sign him in a £17M deal. As fergie once said about Charlie Adam.. "he's worth £10M alone for his set pieces". He never saw ol' Gary!
