1. Ratio of UK born disabled (Pakistani / non) = 30 : 70 .

Metric of 1 / 2 (Pakistani / non) = 30 / 2 : 70 / 98 = 15 : 5/7 = 21 : 1.
For any UK ethnic group to be 21 times as likely to produce disabled children

Cannot say what the causes are (the two primary causes of human infirmities are
usually congenital or environmental) , but the crude metric sets alarm bells ringing.
If the other 70% was solely an affliction of the UK "white British" population, the
metric is still greater than 17 : 1.

In a nutshell ( non of this is exact figs etc just painting a picture) there was a 70's study in Bradford and the figure increase was something daft like 0.01 or equally irrelevant really.
Further analysis shows it was just as likely to be lack of healthcare for the mother as a youngster or even mistreatment of illness due to poverty etc
Even the cousin thing is incorrect because many kids who came over are not really the kids of those who bought them over.
Also as I found out with my kid, my wife is white English, the rates of disability being high are just as likely to be because we refused to abort. Something Asians understanding is different on
EDIT: its interesting that the risk of disabled babies to women over 34 is much much higher. This is across the board and Asian women were always more likely to continue having babies into later life. Work and life means more non Asian women are having kids later now.
