This is what i wrote for the Southampton board 2 months ago
Fast, agile player, bit short, just 5ft 9. But he is strong and has great stamina and endurance. Very consistent player and has a high work rate. Mentally strong and not complacent. He lacks a bit in technique, but can throw in a good cross. His passing is decent and he can shoot from distance. However, his tactical insight is below par. He still needs mature a bit in that department. Like i said good pace, great tackling, Man marking is above par just his height and his jumping can be a disadvantage.
To add some for the ManU
I can't see him play for Manchester United. Although he had a great season, he is not top class material. In fact, if he gets subbed in 4 times this season I would be surprised. He would be good enough for Southampton, but not for Sir Alex Ferguson.
