Is the Queen irreplaceable God Bless Her? No Charlie would step in.
Is USA President Obama irreplaceable? No the Vice President would step in.
Is PM away on holiday while the country burns Cameron irreplaceble? Most definately yes. (My 9 year old granddaughter could run the country better than him and his fascist cronies)
Is Alex Chamberlain irreplaceble? Of course he is. Southampton football club is bigger than any jumped up egotist or his very much mistaken father.
