Thing is, you were wrong to give us too much respect at that time, but you'd do well to give us some this time!
Good old binners. Can never get it right! <laugh>

When all said and done. There are 3 points available, same as playing Fulham away, the same as Blackpool away and every other league match this season.

All derby's around the country mean substantially more to the fans but winning it doesn't gain you extra points in the league. Mick is taking the (characteristic) logical approach in "it's just another 3 points available"

One thing we have been excellent at this season is that our approach is exactly the same whether we win 5 on the bounce as if we go 5 without a win. Sunday is after all just another game of football in a season containing 45 other matches <ok>

A few seasons ago, when Ipswich had nothing but pride to play for, the Derby game meant everything, and revenge would be oh so sweet. Yet here today, with a top 6 place at stake (possibly the chance of top 2) the 'derby' has become meaningless to Ipswich fans and it's all about 'just another 3 points'.

And you wonder why none of us believe this spin you guys are putting on this game?

I know for certain that should Ipswich win, I will return the 'just 3 points' in kind, and any local bragging rights will be instantly dismissed <laugh>

Believe what you want Thai but the 3 points are more important!

Beating you boys wont gain us any extra! <ok>

I'm reliably informed (by the comments section) that Neil has banned complacency!

So I think we're in the clear.

Yes we have - Wigan. The point I was making is that if we win on Sunday and lose in the week, it is not strictly true that the win counts for nothing as we could still be 1 point ahead of you, and possibly some others (should they also lose)
yeah possibly, you need to keep focus, that's partly why I'm being quite down beat about it all.
