Alex Bruce is a league one player and thats where he should be playing,, imo.

Michael Keane is supposed to be coming in on loan as cover for both CB and RFB. If SB wants experienced cover then look no further than Zak Whitbread released by Norwich. Big and strong in the air and proven in the championship.

But I fully expect Liam Cooper to partner James Chester at the start.

    I don't think he's what we need.

On the subject of Brucie's offspring, his daughter Amy may provide some entertainment. She has a reputation for allegedly getting balled by many a footballer. Here she is after one such alleged balling from Darren Bent...

I'd hate to be a football manager with a young daughter, she'd be getting prayed on left, right and centre.

    I bet Brucio was fuming.

And I bet the players thought it was well funny.

It'd only make you more mad.

    Also, with regard to Alex Bruce;

I've heard he likes to ritualistically vomit after every half time.

    What a ****ing weirdo!

    Why?

    Just why?

Actually, not just why - just stop it!

    I don't wanna see that. It's wrong.

Is it a territorial thing, like cats, pissing everywhere? Maybe he does a chunder at each of the four corner flags for good luck?

Either way, it's ****ed, and I don't wanna see it.

Stop it Alex. Stop it now!

Cloughie got rid of Gary Megson a few months after signing him because he was so nervous he puked up before every game.

Bobby Charlton used to puke up before games too, though you would put up with it as he was brilliant.

It's been said that's why Brucie sold him.

I don't mind a little light hearted banter about such things amongst ourselves. It all gets on here one way or another. But I get why you're down on the negative posts so I'll take it on board <ok>

    No it wasn't.

People are moaning about this guy because everything points towards him being ****. Leeds fans say he's ****, and their good defenders are **** so how bad must Bruce be? Also as OLM said signing your son is never a good idea.

I initially read that as if he was commenting on signing for us. I'm assuming he didn't mean that though as he wouldn't have any options anywhere near as good. Phew!. I'm pleased for the lad that he has options, but not for us please (unless his dad pay for him out of his back pocket).

They don't know a good thing when it smacks them in the gonads.

If there is a negative to find amongst the positives, our whingeing fellow fans will find it.

I'm bloody delighted the way things are turning out.

    We could have gone bust.

We could have still had owners you wouldn't buy a used car from.

We could have been plummeting back to league one or two for the next ten years

Things are looking good be happy

I hate to say this but... Hull will be the best option he gets. Think of the teams that finished above and even 3-4 places below you last season, who else is going to sign him?

Leeds did, and they were only a slightly below us in the table.

We might not be an option for him at all. I hope not anyway. He's only said he's training with us for fitness at the moment.

Exactly and we had the second worse defensive record last season and he couldn't get in the team so what does that say about him?

That the second worse defensive record wasn't his fault.

Good point, I guess what you are saying is that you had a whole load of shyte defenders. And now that your Midfield has gone to Huddersfield and your striker (and player of the year) is off to Blackburn I fear you are in the excretia. But, hey, good luck anyway. Things can only get better, and you are a big club who will attract international stars anyway.
