I am proud to admit that I have never heard a Bros song and I wouldn't even have heard of them had they not been referenced in Only Fools And Horses

I had no choice with bros as they were 'in' and played everywhere when they came on the scene. never bought nothing
I was suprised to see one of them in Blade 2, though

I am proud of never hearing will young though.

First gig I went to at Bowes Lyon House, Stevenage, they had anarchist punk bands on every Sunday, I saw Karma Sutra, Visions of Change and Amebix. My mate had been to one gig previously a few years back: Five Star. Oh well...

I nearly persuaded me ma to take me to see Madness at the Regal Cinema, Hitchin when I was about 8 years old but she was put off by the reports of violence at that place in the local paper. Shows how much the country has changed when a nice quiet middle class town like Hitchin was ruled by skinheads 30 years ago.

I can't understand why you'd even be looking at this thread - surely the music industry is just another vehicle to fund capitalism?

The only music you allow is traditional music played by members of your religious group? No?

Can't think of a single one that I regret really, but the Lionel Ritchie compilation doesn't get played much. And The Dictator's "Go Girl Crazy" was sh!te, but they weren't bad live.
