It's only an opinion and I don't think any of you can conclusively say what will happen either. To be honest his predictions have been very safe and the only real dodgy one has been West Ham, which I think you will win despite Big Sam's team kicking lumps out of your players. I also fancy you winning one of the big games too, probably the Man City one.
The truth hurts sometimes. Seriously, I don't mind Shearer. The idea that good footballers somehow automatically offer expert opinion is bollocks but I suppose someone's got to do it. I judge them as pundits by how they come across at that, not how they were as players. Lawro does my head in because he thinks he's witty and my goldfish is sharper than him. Owen's drone just puts me in a coma.
Judging by Shearer's 'safe' predictions. He would have predicted: Chelsea win vs Crystal Palace City/Arsenal draw Liverpool/Spurs draw This weekend just gone. Anything could happen. Personally I think we will probably lose 1 or 2 of our remaining fixtures. So will City and Chelsea.
Just look at Neville, **** player, very good pundit I don't get why's make a prediction like this and just put very obvious predictions and back it up with no info. Would rather see them say why they think each team would win etc.
Shearer is wrong about us come the first game. Here's hoping that he is equally wrong about the other two draws he predicted.
well who knows yet. its impossible to put a bet on next weeks game. it could go 20 different ways... 1-0 LFC seems the most unlikely
