If they didn't believe (or want to believe) he was guilty then he should have been released and given a pardon. However, if the believed he was guilty (or had to stand by the conviction) he should not have been released on compassionate grounds. In the courts eyes, he murdered 200 innocent people!
Its a strange one for sure although scotland has precedent for release on compassionate grounds, there are too many variables in this one including the subsequent trade agreements, the granting to appeal the conviction This may simply have been the 'middle ground'
As I said .. it stinks! Compassion for someone who killed 200+ innocent people! If guilty, he shoudl have been allowed to rot with no medication (in my opinion). However, there doubt around his conviction.
I want you to tell me more about your 'teaching career' How about these quotes: You can try and make fun of the fact that I was at University for 5 years, it doesn't get to me, I know I'm infinitely more intelligent than you could possibly imagine being. I want to know more about the lies you've posted on here
The guy is a bigger fantasist than Hans Christain Andersen and Billy Liar combined. If you've been on Concorde that **** will say he sat on the nose.
