In an old job I took my tie off once in a mini heatwave and got a bollocking within 5 minutes. I pointed out that 50% of the office werent wearing ties and marched straight down the HR director. Funnily enough it was suddenley not an issue and me not wearing it wasnt mentioned again. I'm not against wearing a tie - to be honest I prefer it when comfortable - but I object when there is lack of choice when women dont have to wear one. I tell you, I was ****ing livid that day.

I just wanted to share that by way of therapy. That is all.

Its air con vs open windows wars in our office. The people around the edge of the office (near the windows) have them open and turn the air con off, with no consideration to the poor buggers in the middle off the office that dont feel any of that breeze!!

This is my advice to each and every one of you who are being bullied( don't kid yourself, that's what it is) by women constantly moaning about being too hot and making you suffer as a consequence.

Fight fire with fire. Pure aggression and hostility is the only way to win this war.

Switching on a fan doesn't come close Party old son, nowhere near.

My methods are extreme and will cause a lot of you to be disgusted but they work, the only risk is you may lose your job.

Are you willing to pay that price?

    Are you?

When I rounded up the blokes in my office to brief them on our line of attack I could see fear in most of their eyes. The weak ones didn't want to know but **** them I didn't want them with me anyway.

    Cowards.

Rest assured gentleman I will be the first man to step onto the field of battle and the last to walk off and I will not leave a fallen comrade behind.

You might want to make light of this situation, that's fine but for me this is serious business.

Mine too. With a fan pointing at her. I get a little breeze from her. No, not like that, from the fan. I don't get it. I've tried reasoning with her that its pointless but she claims it makes a huge difference.

You need to read between the lines of what Carmine was saying btw. I hear you brutha. My office luckily is quite cool, and we don't have control over the temp, so whilst the women complain, all they can do is put a cardy on and stfu.

My office is 16c. It is 16c in the summer and the winter. I might turn it off for 5-10 minutes or so every now and then.

The average temperature in our office is 26'C during the summer. On a sunny, warm day it will regularly reach 29'C. It has reached 31'C on a few occasions.

During the coldest part of winter we sit here in coats, scarves and gloves.

Oh and there are girls wearing fleeces complaining that they are cold.

    FMO.

I swear my College used to have the heaters on full all throughout the year. ****ing unbearable. Majority girls at that place as well, that probably explains it.

If they weren't on, it was during winter ffs
