He's prob on mega money in Russia, but if we could pull a deal off for him (especially with our Irish links) would any of you want him here?

Personally think he's a cracking little player but prob a but too rich as brucie would say!

Not bothered either way about either of them.

If one of them signed they would get my 100% support, however I think insomnia appears to want too much money & mcgreedy also went after the money. I want lads like bardo who will give everything for the badge not the dosh.

Another decent player we let go due to a lack of ambition, hear he's not doing too well in Russia hence the move not sure how much or his wages but he won't be cheap.

My honest opinion is that he was half decent in a poor SLP, but i doubt he could hack the rigors of the Premier League.

I disagree mate.

11 Messi's would get you far but 11 Bardo's would get you much further in a physical tough team game.

Ideally, what you need to be successful, is 7 or 8 Bardos and 3 or 4 Messi's but the one is no more important than the other. Too many people often easily forget the importance of the Bardsley type of players, when building teams of 11 men to do battle.

Another fair point Cest! 11 bardo's Wouldn't be attractive football like but I would take success over style any day. if you get the mix right then your laughing. Suppose thats what the management lark is all about, getting that perfect blend, on & off the field.
