Let me know the next time you see the others get a back heeled assist, take note of how many times he wins the ball, take note of how many times he wins the ball in the air and finds a pass, take note of his passing long and short.. He does neat tricks all the time and finds a pass.. He does a bit of everything none of the others tick as many boxes mate. he's a well rounded player that doesn't hide and tries creative things that don't always work. By contrast max is world class in a certain area and pretty useless in others Eddie Howe took only 2 weeks to come out saying Joelinton is a very talented player! Why do you think that is? Perhaps you know better than the coaches and scouts? Was it bruce or the players mate ? Please answer these so I can try to understand your position. Joelinton is finally playing a way that suits footballers and not cloggers... Again moving the goalposts. You said “He can do things none of the others can” You’ve not listed one thing that “none of the others can” do. You can requote yourself on this as many times as you like but you haven’t proved anything. So stop moving the goalposts and tell me just one thing that Big Joe can do that “none of the others can”. Don’t get me wrong his performance on Saturday was a breath of fresh air and I hope it continues but don’t go overboard about it or him.

Ho'way man Roy. ASM is nowt but a bag a tricks that Joelinton can only dream of having, he's a better dribbler, faster, and although not a strong point of his a better finisher. I'd argue that he has better vision and is way faster and smarter mentally too. Comparing the 3 forwards Wilson is a better finisher than Joelinton on the ground and in the air. Max is a better finisher on the ground and I can't remember Joelinton ever scoring a header for us. Wilson is faster than him as is ASM. Wilson has better composure than him as does ASM. Wilson has better balance than him as does ASM. Wilson is has better awareness than him as does ASM.

I think, but I may be wrong here. I think what he's saying is Joelinton is out best footballer, however he agree's that Joelinton is not our best player. I'm yet to work out what statistic other than the team stats from Saturday that support this. I'm guessing what Roy is saying is Joelinton is his favourite footballer. Or in his view is the best overall footballer. However showing Saturday's team stats does not prove or disprove this.
