Not sure what you mean,she has a British passport and as I said born and bred in London.I know she was down for King's College so whether she didn't get in or the course in Glasgow suited her,will ask and get back to you.
Don't know but I know if you come from Rep. of Ireland you have to pay something,she's coming from England does she have to pay,couldn't tell you but no doubt plenty on here would know.

All UK citizens (excluding the Scots) pay for tuition in Scotland. All EU citizens (excluding rUK) get it for free.
