Thought DeBruyne played out wide when he played against us in CL a few seasons ago and watching highlights of Belgium's last game he seemed to be wide also?

This thread is useless, all this faff about where he'll play and what foot he kicks a ball with best when the really important things like picking a nickname are completely ignored.

I propose we call him Schweppes, as in Schhh you know who, when people ask who just scored.

Johann Jacob Schweppe (1740–1821), a German-born naturalized Swiss watchmaker and amateur scientist developed a process to manufacture carbonated mineral water, based on a process discovered by Joseph Priestley in 1770, founding the Schweppes Company in Geneva in 1783. In 1792, he moved to London

He's been playing everywhere for Werder aswell, wide and central.

I like Moses, and agree with Gerrezs comment about him adding something different...good player, esp at what we paid for him<ok>

fairy muff. Even better then as I genuinely thought he was strongest with his left. Come to think of it I think it was YV that told me he was right footed but had a very strong left.

Not saying he can't play wide, but whenever I have watched him he's been Schweinstieger esq. What we need is a very good CM and De Bruyne fits the bill, especially now we have Schurrle!

Seemingly what we're going to be blessed with next season is a plethora of versatile players. Can see Jose chopping and changing till he finds his best fit.

    Yep :)

Just need a cm (De Rossi) + a striker and we're sorted.
