Only 90%. Just like @Zanjinho I couldn't identify Scales.
Scales I missed was John. He played for the reds during a period of time there was no way for me to watch, no TV channel showed Liverpool over here and there was no streaming. I was footy free for a while. I don't even remember him existing.
'93 through about '97/98 is more or less a black hole for me. (With the exception of news articles and the few players who showed on website articles or also played for England.)

Eldest one was probably Cheyrou. That was under Houllier so about 20yrs ago now
Houllier was from 1998, in my mind Cheyroy was one of his early signings (could be wrong) which is getting on for 20yrs
no it was the disasterous signings post 20002 world cup. We bought diouf just before then shelled out a mad fee for the next zidane...
