Whatever Arsenal's fate in the post Wenger era it will still be better than anything Spurs have achieved in last 50 years.

i think your deepest fear is that once Wenger (who has won more trophies than every Spurs manager combined) moves on and we have a new manager who starts investing in the team, that Arsenal will return to being capable of winning the League.
Spurs may have a period of finishing above Arsenal, probably 2 seasons at most, but as they say form is temporary and class is permanent, and we will get back to where we belong

This <applause>

It's indicative of Spurs' small club mentality that their raison d'etre is all about measuring themselves against their superior north london neighbours and coming up short.

They have had to watch us win league titles, FA cups, doubles, finishing in the top 4, playing in the CL for the last two decades, whilst a litany of failed Spurs managers have succumbed to Wenger.

Now that his time is coming to an end and Arsenal are at a crossroads, Spurs fans are preparing for a collective spunk fest at the thought that they might actually, for once, finish above Arsenal. It will be the single biggest moment for many of them in their entire lives, and for the older ones, something they haven't experienced for two decades.

I say we let them enjoy this small token (should it happen) because the poor ****ers have had **** all to cheer about between the two clubs and they know it will be short lived.

They say empty vessels make the most noise and this is what's happening here with the deluded Spuds. I don't think I've seen a bigger jizz fest which ended last season at Stamford Bridge.....now we see the same two pillocks pulling each other's wieners again with vigour.

I don't give a **** about any other club where ultimately I feel the need to always compare, **** Arsenal and **** your Chavy fackin set up too. It makes not one iota of a difference about how I feel about my club now go and wipe the **** off your cock. This conversation has got **** all to do with you so **** off away from it...nothing bitter that's you being a stupid **** as usual...why don't you go and suck dick Skiddy or I'll throw **** at you all day <ok>

Next time motherfucker follow the flow of the conversation before you decide to preach to me....It's football...I don't harbour feelings of bitter you sad basterd...get a real life and real reasons to be bitter you ****ing Transgender cocksucking ****.

**** you and **** anyone else who got a problem with my post <ok>

Translation: keep your **** sniffing nose out of it if you don't follow the thread of the conversation <ok>

<laugh> Nice one Spurlock.

I've already said that he should be replaced when we have a manager in place who is of the right calibre. Nice wum **** up though. :)

Yes, we all know that you did an amazing U-turn after this weekend's debacle, but the sad and unassailable fact of the matter is that, up until that point, you represented the hard-core of Wengerism. Those of your fellows whom you had banned from your board were trying to tell you that Wenger had passed his sell-by date two or three seasons ago, but you were simply too blind to see.

Do you, now, admit that they were right and you were completely and utterly clueless?

Not for a very long time, though.

Plus, I am fairly confident that I will never have to witness that again in my lifetime.

...they know it [ie. Spurs finishing above Arsenal] will be short lived.

Bookmarked.

As far as I'm concerned that's bullshit.

Of course we see each other as rivals, we have been for virtually100 years. Just as Liverpool and Everton, Rangers and Celtic, Utd and City are eternal rivals.

And, of course it's nice to finish ahead of a rival. But that's not going to mean much to me if we can't win something.

Personally, I couldn't care less what happens to Arsenal, apart from it's useful for general Wum purposes. I'm happy that we've made definitive progress as a club over the last 2-3 years, now I want to see us win something!

Most neutrals will tell you that they think we're more likely to win something, in coming seasons, than Arsenal.

Be nice new HIAG.

The Wengerites feel stupid enough as it is

Except I've held that view for the last 2-3 seasons. Then again as A87 you should already know that ?

...as A87 you should already know that ?

I have put those old HIAG and A87 days behind me, Pix.

I apologise for yesterday's devastation. I did that only for Sky. That one appearance by the old HIAG changes nothing, going forward.

I am a dull non-wumster. I am interested only in speaking the truth.

It's okay, you ****ed up again. Otherwise you would have known what you were talking about.

And that is the right answer. Until Spurs can actually win something, then the collective cock waving about Spurs having caught Arsenal is meaningless.

That is rubbish, and you know it!

For a start, what you perceive as "cock waving" is nothing more an out-pouring of joy from us Yids, to see us finally achieving the kind of consistency that is vital to mounting a credible title challenge. That you perceive it as "cock waving" is a testament to just how rattled you Gooners feel about our imminent shift in power.

Secondly, the success of Arsenal has acted as a very clear yardstick against which we have been able to measure our own mediocrity during those wilderness years, when we were impotent in trying to compete with you. Those days are well and truly over, it would seem. We all know that to be true, because the gap between our two clubs, quite simply, has vanished. Those last two seasons, you may well have finished ahead of us, but it was a very close call; and if you are to finish ahead of us this season, it will take the closest call for you, yet.

You can kid yourself all you want that the Spurs revival is a temporary phenomenon, but it is clear for everyone to see.

You are blinded by your own bias, Pixie. Let us not forget that you are the one who was still supporting Wenger, right up until this weekend's debacle, despite the fact that most Gooners were calling for his head as long as five seasons ago! They called it right, and you didn't.

<laugh> Nice to see you ranting again

But I'm afraid you did the same cock waving last season and still managed to **** it up.

Your haven't got anywhere near to catching Arsenal.

Their revenue is miles ahead of yours.

And a season or two at Wembley could see you plummet down the table.

do you think your title challenge is credible this season? Last year's was v disappointing

Ranting?

Is that what you now cry when you have no where else to run?

It used to be meltdown.

But I'm afraid you did the same cock waving last season and still managed to **** it up.

The implication in your arrogant retort is that Spurs can never finish above Arsenal.

Is that so, Pix?

You're saying that to make me laugh, right?

do you think your title challenge is credible this season?

It's certainly more credible than Arsenal's... as was last season's.

Which is one of the reasons why I think you must be having a laugh with your first comment.

You really do know how to brighten my day, mate. Thanks for that.
