Also rumours going round that Beckford watched the 2nd half in the LUTV studios instead of the Leicester bench. All this might be bullsh1t,but I always thought he loved Leeds and always will more than any other club

BREAKING NEWS

Jason Pearce has reached an agreement to join Leeds.
And Greg Halford is set to follow the Pompey player of the season out the door next week.
Pearce was left out of the team in today’s 2-0 loss at Forest as part of the terms of his move to Elland Road.
And Halford has more than one club chasing his services as the Pompey fire sale gathers pace.

Hi Chaps, Just got back from the match yes there only about 50 of us but in the ESU but at least we had a good time.
The Police seemed to come across as being really decent and the orange coats were harmless enough.
As usual it was the purples and their leaders that were ****s.
At £38 a ticket we didn't expect that many up there.
Outside the ground we got a really good reception from fellow supporters.
After the match I gave out T-shirts to children coming out of the ground (Gary Cooper thought it would be a nice gesture to give some of the younger supporters something for free, they are our future) we also handed out balloons before the match.
It's a pity the club don't think the same way.
The 50 or so supporters that were in the ESU (L37) had a great time despite the result.
Only a couple got kicked out unjustly may I say. (the Trust are on to it).
Couldn't hear the rest of the crowd but it looked quite subdued. The corporates seamed not to be offended by some of our antic's and even joined in with the throwing of balloons.
There was a moment when one of the stewards thought he'd found a £20 note that was quite funny the look on the blokes face when he realised it was fake :headbang:. (it wasn't photocopied by the way it was toy stuff).
Lets hope next season the supporters really get to have something to shout about, today's play was painful at times. Thank god the seasons over.

Bates won't pay around 2M for Beckford plus his wages so there is no chance of that happening. I would be quite happy if he leaves

Fair play fella. I will make a special effort to come up to ER next season, and join in. 6 hour drive <yikes>

Proud, he spent the game giving the crowd the Leeds salute, spent the 2nd half with the Leeds lot, and decided to stay on, and not on the lesta coach. And you want 2m <laugh>

Was in my usual seat in Family Stand below the LUST mob. My last match for a season. No more ST for me and my lad.

The balloons were excellent. Stream of them coming down, all with LUST on them, the kids in Fam Stand loved it.

Said to my mate in front before we started - bet the first song after kick off is for Jermaine Beckford. And it was. But they didn't wait til after kick-off.

Every time his name was sung, he clapped, smiled, put his thumbs up, waved, whatever. Then he never came out for the 2nd half, and was not on the Lesta bench for the 2nd half. Pearson threw his dummies out of the pram, clearly wnated his players to be playing for his team, not being idolised by the oppo fans, and we all know Jermaine is fiery too. But JB loved it - the adulation and adoration - barring Bates being a ****, that guy will be back here sometime soon.

As for the game? One of the most boring I've seen. We really do not have the quality, we have no speed - Jermaine, get your arse back here pronto - and I certainly did not wait for any lap of dishonour.

There was one chink of light.

Zac Thompson in centre midfield was excellent for a young kid, should not have been taken off. Harried them, simple passing, quick feet and brain, knew where his fellow players were, showed a good footballing brain. He is defo one for the future, and I will predict he will be better than Johnny Howson (who just happens to be playing and doing well v Liverpool right now)

Was excellent when we needed him to play RB for a few games aswell. Very good prospect.

You know you're ****when you're desperate for Jermaine Beckford to come back.
